Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MallOnline account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
